What ATLAS is
ATLAS is a personal productivity and organization system. It helps a person plan their day and keep tasks, projects, calendars, knowledge, decisions, and related records in one private workspace. ATLAS is not offered as a public consumer product or as an enterprise compliance platform.
Information ATLAS may process
Depending on how an account is used, ATLAS may process:
- account and profile information used to sign in, such as an email address
- workspace content the user creates, including tasks, projects, notes, knowledge, decisions, and related records
- calendar metadata and events from calendars the user chooses to connect
- workspace configuration, such as appearance and which calendars are shown
- operational logs needed to run and diagnose the service
ATLAS processes this information to provide the workspace features the user asks for. It does not collect additional categories of personal information beyond what those features require.
Google Calendar data
When a user connects Google Calendar, ATLAS may access Google Calendar information that is necessary to provide connected-calendar functionality in ATLAS.
That access is used to read calendar events so they can be displayed for planning; to update or reschedule a supported event when the user explicitly uses that ATLAS feature; and to store connection metadata required to keep the integration working. ATLAS does not use the Google Calendar connection to create or delete Google events.
OAuth credentials and tokens obtained for Google Calendar are used only to provide this connected integration. Authentication credentials used for connected Google Calendar access are stored securely and are not displayed to users or included in application logs.
How Google user data is shared
ATLAS does not sell Google user data. ATLAS does not use Google user data for advertising. ATLAS does not transfer Google user data to unrelated third parties for their own purposes.
Service providers that help operate ATLAS — for example, infrastructure used to deliver the application — may process technical information as needed to run the service. They are not given Google Calendar data to use for advertising or for their own products.
Limited Use
ATLAS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing ATLAS features.
Retention and disconnection
ATLAS retains information as needed to provide the product and keep the workspace working. Users can disconnect Google Calendar from ATLAS settings. Disconnecting stops future Google API access for that connection and removes stored connection credentials used for it.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the system. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and this policy does not claim otherwise.
