Acceptance
By signing in to or using ATLAS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ATLAS.
Intended purpose
ATLAS is a personal productivity and organization workspace. It is provided for that purpose, for authorized users, and is not a public marketplace, not a substitute for professional advice, and not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens through your ATLAS sign-in and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you believe your access has been used without permission.
Connected third-party services
ATLAS can connect to third-party services you choose, such as Google Calendar. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. ATLAS is not responsible for a third-party service. You can disconnect a connected service from ATLAS settings. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection.
Availability
ATLAS is provided as-is. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully available service. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, faults, or reasons outside our control.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATLAS is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use ATLAS at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cody Kringlie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from your use of ATLAS, or for any amount greater than is reasonable for personal productivity software of this kind. Some places do not allow certain limitations, and in those places this section applies only as far as the law allows.
Ending use
You may stop using ATLAS at any time, including by signing out and by disconnecting third-party services. Access may also be withdrawn if these terms are not followed or if the service is discontinued.
Changes
These terms may change. The effective date above will be updated when they do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
